Interior designer Jasmijn and photographer Rene are a good team and they often work together. Their features inspire – look forward to home stories, DIY stories and creative ideas. Welcome!
Rene Gonkel is a trained photographer, has his own photo studio and has worked for many large companies. He is currently photographing interiors, food and models for various magazines as well as renowned Dutch architects. He likes to travel (favorite island: Mallorca) and is interested in art, film and architecture. In his photographs he tries to visualize the soul of the interior.
After graduating, Jasmijn Stegeman decided to become an interior designer and studied at Academie Artemis. The spectrum of her work is enormous – she works for magazines, creates interiors for large companies and architects, designs showrooms, houses and displays for trade fairs. Her work also includes styling for TV shows and books and can be described as creative and contemporary, with a touch of vintage and uniqueness. She works primarily with subtle, neutral colors. She doesn’t like primary colors. Jasmijn loves to look for unique specimens at flea markets and finds a lot of inspiration when travelling (favorite city: Palm Springs).
As a team, they create interior features and projects. Their focus is on interesting and inspiring home stories – in addition, they cover do-it-yourself topics along with creative ideas.
